Roofing leads while they are still warm.

A homeowner fills in a roof form on one of our local sites and consents to be contacted. It lands here seconds later — and every lead on this board shows you how old it is, how they intend to pay, and how many contractors already have it. Three, maximum, ever.

$50 each. No sales call to look — the board below is the whole inventory.

score 0–100, from three form answers: how they are paying (up to 40), how soon they want it (up to 38), property type (up to 22). Full breakdown

How this works

  1. A homeowner asks for roof quotes. They land on one of our city roofing sites, answer what kind of property it is, how soon they want the work, and how they plan to pay — then leave their address, name, cell and email, and tick a consent box.
  2. The lead appears on this board within seconds. City, ZIP, their answers, a score, and their contact details partly masked. Nothing is held back for a sales call — what you see is the whole lead minus the identifying half.
  3. You buy it for $50. Card payment on this page, no subscription, no minimum, no contract. The masking comes off the moment payment clears.
  4. You call them. The full record lands under My leads immediately, and by email too if you turn that on. Speed is the whole game — the other buyers got it at the same moment you did.

Three buyers. Not eight.

This is the part worth checking us on. Most lead sellers resell the same homeowner until the phone stops ringing. We sell each lead to a maximum of three roofing companies, and the fourth sale is not a policy we intend to keep — it is impossible in the software. The counter and the sale are written inside one locked database transaction, so two contractors checking out at the same second cannot both take the last slot.

  • 3buyers maximum, per lead, ever
  • $50flat, per buyer, per lead
  • $150buys it exclusively — blocks the other two, only while all 3 slots are open

Every row shows how many slots are left before you click. When the third sells, the lead leaves the board. If someone takes the last slot while your card is being authorised, that line is dropped and you are not charged a cent for it.

What $50 actually gets you

The contact

  • First and last name
  • Cell phone number
  • Email address
  • Street address and ZIP of the property

The job

  • Property type — house, townhome, mobile home or commercial building
  • Timeline — ASAP, this month, next month, or no preference
  • How they plan to pay — insurance claim, cash, financing, or undecided
  • Anything they typed or said in their own words

The consent record

  • The exact sentence they agreed to, word for word
  • Timestamp, IP address and browser, recorded by our server — not sent by the page
  • Which of our sites collected it

This is your evidence if a call is ever disputed.

How fast: the lead is on this board within seconds of the homeowner pressing send, and the unmasked record is in your account the instant your payment clears — there is no review queue and no overnight batch. The row shows how long ago it arrived, so you can see for yourself.

Every lead carries this consent, which is what makes it legal to call: By submitting, I agree to be contacted by up to 3 roofing professionals about my project at the phone number and email above, including by autodialed calls and texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Leads taken by phone agree to the spoken equivalent, and the recording reference is stored with the lead.

What the score means

The number on the left of every row is 0–100 and it is arithmetic, not an opinion. Three form answers add together. Nothing else is in it.

How they are paying up to 40

  • 40 Insurance claim — storm damage. Biggest ticket in residential roofing and the likeliest to close, because the homeowner is not the one finding the money.
  • 30 Financing — already decided to spend.
  • 26 Cash — ready money, usually a smaller job.
  • 8 Not sure — a long sale.

How soon up to 38

  • 38 ASAP
  • 28 This month
  • 16 Next month
  • 5 No preference

Property type up to 22

  • 22 Single family home
  • 19 Townhome or duplex
  • 16 Commercial building
  • 12 Mobile home

Property type moves the number only a little on purpose. A commercial roof or a mobile home is a different trade, not a worse lead — filter it out if you do not do them rather than reading it off the score.

"Provisional" under a score means it was worked out from those three answers alone and nothing has been checked against outside data yet. The same two answers move the price: ASAP adds 50%, an insurance claim adds 50%, and both together are capped at double — never more. Every row shows its own price before you select it.

Refund policy

Request a refund on any lead within 5 business days of buying it. We refund to the card you paid with, and the slot goes back on the board. There is no restocking fee, no credit-only rule, and no limit on how many you can send back — if we are selling you leads you cannot use, we would rather know.

We refund, without argument

  • The phone number is disconnected, not in service, or reaches someone who is not the person named on the lead.
  • The email address bounces as undeliverable.
  • The person says they never filled in a roof form. Every lead has a server-recorded consent trail; if it does not hold up, the lead was not ours to sell.
  • It duplicates a lead you already bought from us.
  • The property type, timeline, payment method, city or ZIP on the row does not match what the homeowner actually submitted.

We do not refund

  • They did not pick up, or have not called you back yet.
  • They changed their mind, or hired someone else — including one of the other two buyers. You are buying the introduction, not the job.
  • They were price shopping, or the job turned out smaller than you hoped.
  • The property is outside the area you work. The city, state and ZIP are on the row before you buy.

What we check before selling, and what we do not

Being straight about this now is cheaper for both of us than an argument later. We do check: the phone is a valid 10-digit US number and the email is a valid address; the consent is recorded by our server rather than sent by the page; and a submission repeating a phone or email we have seen in the last 30 days is marked a duplicate and never listed.

We do not check, before a lead goes on the board, that the phone will be answered, that the person owns the property, or that the roof needs work. No lead seller can, at the speed that makes a lead worth buying. That gap is exactly what the refund list above is for — it is priced in, and we would rather refund than pretend.

To request one: email [email protected] with the lead ID (it starts ld_ and is on every lead in your account) and one line on which reason applies. We answer within one business day. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe and usually reach your statement in 5–10 business days, which is their timing rather than ours.
